Things to do along with exercise during corona(lung exercise)

 ~Nowadays almost 60-65 percent patients are suffering from difficulty in breathing due to the new strain of corona virus.

~Help yourself by making your lungs and your body healthy and strong.

~Because of this new strain the oxygen level  reduce drastically within 2-3 days by reaching below 80 .

~So it becomes furthermore important to keep yourself fit because you are the only one responsible for self  and because we cannot expect anything from government these days .

~So let's start with some breathing exercise to increase your lung capacity:

1. Diaphragmatic  breathing :

1. Sit/ lay down in a comfortable position.
2. Relax your shoulders.
3. Put your one hand on stomach and another on your chest .
4. Breathe in through your nose for about. Your stomach should move if you feel only your chest muscles are moving than you might be using your neck muscles. 

~So make sure your stomach is moving outward while your chest remains relatively still.

5. Exhale through your mouth.





2. Pursed lips breathing :

It helps to control :
• Shortness of breathing .
• Provides you a quick and easy way to slow your pace of breathing.

Instructions:
1. Sit down on a chair 
2. Relax your neck and shoulder muscle
3. Enhale through your nose and keep your mouth close
4. Pucker your lips like you are blowing out a candle
5. Breathe out very slowly through puckered lips and try to exhale 2-3 times longer than your inhale

 


3. Om chanting :
Om is the basic sound of the universe and emboides the divine energy of the universe.
~ When chanted Om vibrates at the frequency of 432 Hz – the same vibrational frequency found in all things throughout nature.
~ While chanting om it provides very calming and soothing effect to the body.
~It is also responsible for healthier heart and results in lowering the blood pressure.
~The mantra, or vibration, derives from Hinduism and is considered to have high spiritual  power.


~Before starting or ending any meditation or exercise Om must be recited it is very powerful.
~Om has four syllables and is pronounced A-U-M.
~It can help you in many way it has great power beyond this world.



4. Take a walk :

~Walking is an aerobic activity.
~Increases heart rate and blood pressure, resulting in greater efficiency of the heart.
~Walking "can override the effects of other emotionally relevant events such as boredom and dread".
~Exercise is also helpful in decreasing depressive symptoms.

It can help you to :
1. Get a better sleep
2.  Can boost your stamina
3.  Reduces stress 
4.  Tones body
5. Increase your lung capacity


5. Have a pet : 
~Pets can sense stress and sadness and can lit you up like noone.
~Can make you feel good about yourself and you can crack your silly jokes infront of them.
~You can tell them everything without an extra getting an xtra piece of advice from their side hence they are great listeners .
~Can  be your mate for a walk.
~If you are an introvert then can help you to get rid of unwanted peoples.
